Hi! I am Laura, an Instructional Designer living in Charleston, South Carolina with my husband and our two furballs, Hagrid and Atlas. My passion is to engage learners and make learning fun, immersive, and stress free. I once had an excellent teacher tell me, “If you are not understanding the material, it is not that you are uncapable of learning, but that I am not teaching it in the way that best resonates with your learning style.” This approach really changed my perspective and allowed me to understand that we are all capable of learning complex topics, we just have to be given the right delivery!

With my background as a licensed mental health therapist within public school settings I bring great communication, organizational, and relationship building skills to each project.
